About

Baltimore Drupal Camp

This annual conference is for the people who work or want to work with Drupal. Whether your new to Drupal, a designer, developer, or someone who uses Drupal.

WHO ORGANIZES THIS?

Baltimore Drupal Camp is organized by an all-volunteer team! We're always looking for help. Our goals for organizing this camp are:

  1. We want to learn and teach about Drupal and other web technologies
  2. Provide networking opportunities
  3. We want to have fun!

THE AGENDA WILL INCLUDE FULL DAY OF PRESENTATIONS, AN AFTER-HOURS PARTY AND THESE SESSION TRACKS:

  • Design, Theming and Usability
  • Development & Performance
  • Site Building
  • Project Management, Sales & Consulting

WHAT DOES ALL THIS COST?

The cost to attend is only $25! Besides a full day of Drupal sessions, a catered boxed lunch, and morning coffee! If you would like to support our local Drupal community further, you can become an Individual Sponsor for only $100. The sponsorship includes a shout-out on our sponsor page. All proceeds will go to offset expenses, and support the Baltimore Drupal User Group and Drupal4Gov.

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Your computer/tablet (and power adapter)
  • Pen and paper for notes
  • Business cards
  • Mobile phone (set to vibrate)
  • Money for dinner and drinks afterwards :)
  • An unhealthy love for all things Drupal, open source, and web
  • Power cord and/or power strips to share!

ALSO ALLOWED:

  • A camera or video camera (use the #bmoredrupal hashtag for social media)

Code of Conduct

The Drupal Code of Conduct outlines our shared ideals and values. This document expresses how we hope to make these ideals real at our conferences and other events. Our goal is to ensure that all participants can freely and openly share ideas in a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment that encourages and inspires mutual respect and collaboration. Click here to read the Code of Conduct.

If you would like to help with this year's camp email the organizers, stop by the Maryland Drupal Group  on drupal.org or come to the Baltimore Drupal Meetup held every month at Bertha's in Fells Point.

Oh, and don't forget to follow @BmoreDrupal on Twitter!

If you are not already subscribed, you may want to join the Maryland Drupal Group to receive updates from the Maryland Drupal community. We will be posting regularly there as we approach the day of the camp.
